Step 1:

Roll light brown fondant 1/4″ thick with the rolling pin and wooden dowels.
Step 2:

Cut out one small circle and one medium circle with the round cutters.
Step 3:

Roll the larger circle into a ball, then begin to narrow the top a bit with your fingers to form the body. Insert a raw spaghetti through the center, leaving enough protruding to later hold the head.
Step 4:

Roll the smaller circle into a ball to form the head. Use decorating tip #10 to indent a smile, holding the tip at a 45-degree angle and make dimples with the small modeling stick.

Step 5:

Roll out green fondant with the rolling pin and guide rings. Use the rolling pastry cutter to cut a strip approximately 1″.
Step 6:

Form the green fondant strip around the body and trim as necessary with the precision knife. Glue it onto the body.
Step 7:

Use the small modeling stick to make two holes in the head for the eyes.
Step 8:

Roll out black fondant with the rolling pin and guide rings and cut out two circles with round decorating tip #3. Roll them into balls and glue them in the holes in the head to form the eyes.
Step 9:

Roll out red fondant with the rolling pin and guide rings and cut a strip with the rolling pastry cutter to form the band for the ear muffs. Glue them over the head.
Step 10:

Roll out pink fondant 1/4″ thick with the rolling pin and guide rings. Cut out two circles with round decorating tip #10. Flatten it out just a bit, then use the scissors to lightly cut around the circle to make the ear muffs and glue them to the ends of the red bands.

Step 11:

Roll out light brown fondant with the rolling pin and guide rings. Cut out two circles with the miniature round cutter.
Step 12:

Roll the circles into balls, then roll them out on your work surface into sausages.
Step 13:

Use the precision knife to cut a slit on the side of the sausage to create a partition for the hand and thumb and round it out with your fingers.
Step 14:

Round out the arms and form them around the body. Glue them in place.
Step 15:

Roll out light brown fondant thick with the rolling pin and wooden dowels. Cut out two miniature circles with the round cutter.
Step 16:

Roll the circles in between your fingers to make them narrower and taller in a cylindrical shape.
Step 17:

Glue the two cylinders together to form the legs and allow them to dry thoroughly so they are able to support the weight of the head and body.
Step 18:

Roll out red fondant with the rolling pin and guide rings. Use the knife tool to make linear indentations across lengthwise to create the scarf.
Step 19:

Form it around the top of the body (making sure the head will fit over it), trim it and glue it in place. Use the remainder of the scarf to create the ends, molding them and gluing them to look like they are being blown in the wind. Once the scarf is on, glue on the head.
Step 20:

Repeat Step 10 to create another pink pom-pom to glue to the front of the body.
Step 21:

Mix a tiny bit of water with the pink shimmer dust and brush it on the cheeks.
Step 22:

Roll a tiny bit of red fondant into an oval and glue it in the center of the face to create the nose. Dip your toothpick in white gel paste and dab them on the eyes.
Step 23:

Roll out a long piece of white fondant on your work surface with your fingers and glue it to the legs in a wavy pattern.
Step 24:

When the legs are sufficiently dry, glue the body to the top of the legs. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Optional step:

Follow the fondant candy tutorial to accentuate your sweet decorated treats!
