Ingredients:
Purple, Turquoise, White, Black polymer clay
Skinner blend purple and white. Roll to med thickness, roll white first. I wrapped another layer of purple med thickness. Wrap turquoise medium thickness. Then wrap "medium thin" thickness black.
Cut in half, then into quarters. To get as even as I can: Stand log up, looking straight down on cane keeping tissue blade nice and even. Then take your half and and lay it back down straight side down and cut in half (to get quarter).
Pinch black down a little all the way across (makes a petal shape)
Make a row side by side like this. Lay another row on top between the points.
Ok time for the reducing. Squeeze, and push, and lay flat on surface and pound a little, turning, pound, turn. I also like to pull.
I just gotta cut it, can't stand the suspense (do not let the ugly distorted ends discourage you)
Stack side by side, placing where your eyes are pleased.
More reducing same as above, I use my roller at this point, turn, roll, turn, roll....
OOOO looking staticy now!!! cut and stack and reduce again.
Ok this is where I better stop, stack those and no more cutting. I did reduce a little more tho.....
