Cheddar and Cheshire cheeses
Method
1 Use exactly the same technique to create both authentic-looking Cheddar and Cheshire cheeses.
Roll a log of your chosen cheese colour mix with approximately 2cm diameter. Cut into 1-1.5cm slices.
2 Gently shape and lightly round off the edges, then cut a single narrow section from the cheese, and then a wedge from this slice.
3 Display the wedge on top of the round of cheese.
