Prepare your cookies and using royal icing with flooding consistency make one part of the bear
After one part is little bit hard (around 15 min) make the other part with same consistency
After that make sure everything is hard enough and make the round in the between like the picture to give the shape of the muzzle of the bear
Lets everything settled and hard one night. Then with little of black fondant, shape the nose
Make the eyes
Shape the rest of it
With holly leaf plunger cutter, make the leaf for decorate the bear. I cut it to get the size that i want to put on the bear
Before put the leaf don't forget to dust the cheek and the ears with lustre dust pink
Put the white fondant to the eyes like the picture and dust the leaf with green lustre dust
The last one make the 3 red ball to complete it. And you get your Christmas cookies bear
