Introduction
Robert Haynes, owner of the Sugar Flower Studio, is an accredited demonstrator and Sugar Flower teacher for the British Sugar craft Guild, and teaches internationally.
He qualified as a professional chef after leaving college and has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years, specialising in hospitality and fine dining where he developed an eye for layout and presentation.
As a hobby, Robert also made celebration and wedding cakes for family and friends and it was by designing and creating these that his passion for sugar craft grew.
